All properties are featured on the local Multiple Listing Service. When we list your home, you decide what you are willing to pay a buyer's agent. (Normally 3% of sales price).

The bottom line is that you don't pay us a commission to list you home - you simply pay a reasonable flat fee.  We save you money on our side of the transaction and still attract buyers from our web site that receives over 2,000,000 hits per month and 500 unique visitors per day.

4. Exclusive Right to Sell, with our "Friends and Family" option - this means that you can list your home with us and still have the freedom to find your own buyer and save the commission you would have paid another real estate agent.  You keep the 3% you would have paid another agent.

5. We negotiate your contract to get you the best price.

6. We provide professional signs for your yard and directionals where permitted.

7. You will have your own personal Abana Sales Associate as  your listing agent.
