Welcome to the Abana Showing System.  The Menu to the left will allow you to perform the functions required to work with the Abana Showing Database.

Use "Record Showing" to enter a showing date for a listing.

Use "List Showings" to list all current showings. This list is complete from previous two day to all future showing dates. Use this to select a showing for editing.

Use "List Pending Showings" to list only Pending Showings. Use this to select a showing for editing or mark a showing as Active or Unable to Show.

This system performs two main functions.

1. It records the showings in a database to make reporting easier.
2. It emails showing agents with a feedback request and listing agents with an alert that their listing was shown. Note that showings marked "NO" (Unable to Show) and "Pending" will not have emails or alerts sent. They will be "informational only"
